As the Sales Development Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Identify and qualify new opportunities in coordination with sales management team
- Support sales activities by developing tailored proposals, pricing models, and cost structures to meet customer requirements
- Provide guidance on market competitiveness of component services, ensuring products and solutions are aligned with customer and regional needs
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect and pipeline data in OneSales to support global forecasting and sales execution
- Support sales and fulfillment teams with accurate reporting, modeling and market analysis
- Drive digitalization efforts for the LHT SCM product & incorporate AI and LLM into the sales & lead generation process
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of global sales growth

You must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Min. 2 years of experience in aviation MRO, sales development, project management or business analytics required
- Fluency in English language required
- German, Spanish or Portuguese language desirable
- Knowledge of the aviation MRO and trading industry required
- Expert with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Skills of Tableau, KNIME, or comparable software, SAP/R3 software, database programs such as Access and SQL
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
