Tasks
Your tasks as an Engineering Technician (Avionics or Mechanical), may include, among others:
- Author, edit, and maintain Task List in SAP, in cooperation with the responsible engineer
- Work alongside engineering to support the shop with specialized expertise to troubleshoot problem components
- Provide support to production for current repair capabilities, solving production issues in cooperation with the responsible engineer
- Assist engineers with creating instructions and procedures for component maintenance. Assist engineers with writing technical specifications and procedures and creating accurate and timely project schedules
- Assist engineers with repair development
- Interface with internal customers as technical representative to resolve technical problems
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements
- All other duties as assigned or required

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 15 years of direct experience with the repair and testing of aircraft components required
- Fluency in English language required
- Computer skills as user
