Duties
- Prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of catering menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with menu planning to accommodate dietary restrictions and client preferences
- Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques to ensure quality results
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during events, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or needs
Preferred Experience
- Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant settings demonstrates strong food preparation skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations enhances your suitability for this role
- Skilled in food industry practices including cooking, food service, and kitchen operations
