Lucy Jo's Coffee Roastery is a well established family run, Certified Organic coffee roastery located in Salem, NY. We are looking for full or part-time employees who are energetic, willing to learn, and capable of modest physical exertion lifting up to 40 lbs.
Training provided.
Must have reliable transportation.
Production worker
- Operate and master semi-automatic equipment for weigh, fill, and seal packaging system for bagged coffee
- Maintain a high-level of accuracy following product specifications
- fulfill website orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow weekly production goals and make adjustments as necessary
- Good communication skills
- Assist in all production areas of coffee bagging operation
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
