The Worker Bee Handyman Services is growing, and we're looking for a skilled, dependable, and professional technician to join our team!
This position focuses primarily on installing refrigerator-style water lines using push-to-fit connections in a variety of settings, from small offices to large corporate buildings and industrial complexes.
We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, pays attention to the little details, and understands that excellent customer service is just as important as technical skill.

What You'll Do
- Install refrigerator-style water lines using push-to-fit connections in commercial, corporate, and industrial settings.
- Perform precise, high-quality installations with careful attention to detail and finish work.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and leave every job site as clean as—or cleaner than—you found it.
- Operate a company-provided vehicle and travel to job sites throughout the region.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, building staff, tenants, and the public.
- Represent The Worker Bee Handyman Services with professionalism, integrity, and pride.

- Relevant Experience: Background in plumbing, handyman services, water line installation, or similar skilled trades preferred.

- Cleanliness & Organization: A commitment to keeping workspaces tidy, protecting customers' property, and cleaning up thoroughly after every job.
- Outstanding Customer Service: A friendly, respectful, and approachable personality. You should be comfortable interacting with customers and representing our company in professional environments.
- Professional Appearance & Attitude: Someone who understands that their presentation and behavior reflect directly on our business.
- Reliability & Independence: Punctual, responsible, and capable of managing tasks without constant supervision.
- Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required to operate our company vehicle.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and operate hand tools as needed.
Schedule & Location
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Primary Service Area: Albany and the greater Capital District
- Travel: Daily local travel with occasional trips throughout Upstate New York
- Transportation: Company vehicle and gas card provided
