Duties

- Support food service operations, including serving meals and managing catering requests
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Support team members in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow
Skills
- Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly

- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
