Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Help Desk Technician to join our team on-site at our location in Daphne, AL. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering excellent help desk assistance. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.


Responsibilities & Duties:

· Create, document, and manage support tickets and solutions in a timely manner

· Respond to customers via phone, email, and chat

· Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve basic technological issues

· Escalate advanced technological issues to senior staff

· Document customer specific data for future reference

· Assist with new installations and implementations

· Assist with proactive and preventative maintenance

· Monitor and review various scheduled reports for anomalies and escalate issues accordingly

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Excellent Customer Service

· Team Oriented

· Passion for Learning, specifically Technology

· Excellent Communication

· Analytical and Problem Solving skills

· Excellent Documentation and Organization

· Experience with Windows 10

· High School Diploma or GED

· Drivers License and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

· Associates Degree

· Microsoft Office and/or Gmail experience

· Mac experience
