Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining a tidy bar area to ensure efficient service.
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately according to recipes and customer preferences, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and deliver exceptional customer service that enhances their experience.
• Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or assisting with light food service when needed.
• Handle POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately and efficiently for cash handling and billing.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning bar surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly; assist with bussing tables in the dining area or at events.
• Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring all food handling safety protocols are followed.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; nightclub or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cashiering transactions.
• Experience in food preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness standards in busy settings.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while providing excellent customer service in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or hotels.
• Familiarity with catering events, banquet setups, or hotel service operations is a plus.
