Concierge Full Time Retail South Congress - Austin, Austin, TX, US 8 days ago Requisition ID: 1712 General Summary: As a Concierge, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments. The concierge is a client’s first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the client’s experience while they are with us. The ideal Concierge will bring the Lucchese Brand to life immediately when guest enter, building a genuine relationship with the Client. You will provide seamless introduction to the proper sales professional, ensuring that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. In this role, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client has the Lucchese Brand Experience. Customer Experience & Business Performance Focus: Greet all guests in a warm and professional manner, make them feel welcome, anticipate their needs. Welcome clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of our brand to all visitors Interact with walk in shoppers and cultivate a loyal customer base within client book. Proactively speak to guests and offer any services which include, but are not limited to: assistance with directions, booking tickets, restaurant reservations, car services, tourism, attractions, or advise suggestions for activities, etc. Adhere to all Lucchese policies and procedures, and productivity standards. Perform other additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location and upon the request of your manager. Ensure that every client has a unique and luxurious experience and leaves with an appreciation for Lucchese. Effectively determine client needs and providing direction towards the relevant departments or people inside the store Manage the daily client appointment calendar, promoting our appointment service as required Collaborate with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience in line with Lucchese brand standards Leadership Focus/Steward of the Brand:  Understands the market in which we operate and supports excellent tenant and community relationships. Participates in store and team involvement within their market. Upholds Lucchese expectations for quality store experiences for the internal and external customer. Works together as a team and with the team in all that we do.     Skills & Abilities Required: Passion for people Experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, and/or Hospitality Management Demonstrated success in a client facing environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the highest level of verbal and written communication Comfortable navigating difficult conversations respectfully, diffusing conflict and creating a serene environment for clients Good knowledge of local area and staying abreast of key events and moments Detail-oriented and organized Able to prioritize and handle conflicting priorities, with proven experience of thinking on your feet Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
