We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our new manufacturing facility build-out. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of interrelated projects including infrastructure design, equipment procurement, and process validation to ensure the facility is delivered on time, within budget, and ready for full-scale operations.

- Strategic Planning & Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive program roadmap and detailed schedules for the factory build, identifying critical dependencies between construction, engineering, and supply chain.
- Budget & CapEx Management: Prepare and manage the multi-million dollar capital expenditure (CapEx) budget, tracking project costs and analyzing variances to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment on facility infrastructure and manufacturing design.
- Equipment & Facility Commissioning: Oversee the development of equipment specifications, manage vendor relationships, and lead the final commissioning of the factory for production ramp-up.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify potential project delays or risks (e.g., supply chain gaps, regulatory hurdles) and develop robust mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, providing clear status reports on milestones, KPIs, and resource allocation.
- Regulatory & Quality Standards: Ensure the new facility complies with all safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., OSHA, cGMP, or ISO).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing), Operations Management, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 7–10 years in manufacturing program management, specifically with experience in large-scale facility expansions or new factory "greenfield" projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or JIRA.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and external contractors.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
