Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website with a customer first mentality
- Provide administrative support as needed to Sales, Marketing, and/or Accounting
- Maintain accurate client records
- Create accurate client contracts and proposals
- Collaborate with co-workers in multi-locations
Qualifications
- 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with database systems and MS Office Excel skills
- Positive attitude a MUST
