Role description
A seasoned UI/UX Designer with 6-8 years of solid experience in designing and shaping up the user experience for Analytics and AIML bases software solutions around solving oil and gas industry problems and use cases His primary responsibilities are to:
Design intuitive userfriendly interfaces for AIMLpowered software used in oil and gas operations
Conduct field interviews and usability sessions with upstream midstream and downstream end users to identify pain points
Translate complex operational and dataheavy workflows into clean accessible UI that nontechnical users can adopt quickly
Surface AIgenerated insights predictions anomalies recommendations in clear actionable dashboard designs
Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups iterate rapidly based on user feedback
Collaborate with product managers data scientists and engineers to align design with technical and business requirements
Build and maintain a design system ensuring consistency across web and mobile surfaces
Familiarity with oil and gas operations HSE workflows or SCADAOT systems strongly preferred
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
