Drive the design development and optimization of data warehousing solutions leveraging Snowflake Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Snowflake with DBT for robust data transformation pipelines Provide technical leadership in implementing scalable secure and highperformance data architectures Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills in Snowflake and related technologies Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Snowflake and data warehousing best practices Participate in strategic planning to align data solutions with business objectives Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies within Snowflake environments
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead endtoend Snowflake implementation projects ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to timelines Architect and optimize data models schemas and pipelines using Snowflake and DBT Collaborate with data engineers analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for Snowflake and DBT development Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and data quality issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data platform capabilities Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to build organizational expertise in Snowflake Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively
