Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior Specialist with expertise in the Card Acquiring domain to drive and support card acquiring solutions within our organization.
Work extensively within the Card Acquiring domain focusing on payment processing and transaction management collaborate with cross functional teams to design, develop and enhance card acquiring systems and services Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications related to card acquiring.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting card acquiring operations.
Provide subject matter expertise in the Card Acquiring skill cluster family to support strategic initiatives.
Support the integration and optimization of acquiring platforms to improve transaction efficiency and security.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to card acquiring processes and systems
Lead and mentor junior team members in card acquiring projects and domain knowledge Drive end-to-end implementation of card acquiring solutions ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define scope and deliver card acquiring services.
Monitor and ensure compliance with payment industry standards and regulations.
Coordinate with vendors partners and internal teams to manage card acquiring infrastructure.
Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize card acquiring workflows.
Prepare detailed documentation and reports related to card acquiring activities and performance metrics.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Salary : $99,815 - $148,400
