Job Role Lab Operations Manager

Job Skills
Provide management direction for the Team members supporting various functions of Lab
Hire right talent to Lab support team
Own and improve the training process for new hires
Consistently deliver highquality lab services to lab stakeholders and drive Lab standards
Must be able to manage ticket metrics and target KPIs
Serve as a liaison to meet customer and stakeholder needs
Apply your significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service
Recognizing and identifying systemic deficiencies and then implementing effective solutions
Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet stakeholder requirements more efficiently with greater reusability and longer life
Resolving issues as they arise Grow and nurture a strong dedicated highly engaged team
Other Expectations
Good communication skills
Good team customer stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and well organized
Able to lift 35 Lbs job may require shifting computers from one rack to another etc
Candidate should have reliable transportation and are OK with daily commute as it is 100 onsite work
Candidate must have good attitude communication skills
