SAP S/4HANA Project Manager with Scrum experience drives end-to-end implementation using and Agile methodology. They manage scope, budget, and risks while facilitating Scrum events (sprints, stand-ups) to deliver functional requirements, often acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead full life-cycle Greenfield or Brownfield implementations, including configuration and testing.
- Agile/Scrum Facilitation: Act as a Scrum Master or Agile PM, managing product backlogs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Project Governance: Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate Fit-GAP workshops, steering meetings, and maintain high-level communication with business leaders.
- Cutover and Go-Live: Coordinate data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 8-12 years total, with 3 years in SAP project management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including functional modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP).
- Methodologies: Proven expertise in SAP Activate methodology, Agile, and Scrum.
- Leadership: Experience leading multi-vendor, international teams.
- Certifications: PMP or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred
