Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud to lead and architect innovative industry cloud solutions
Job Description
· Design and implement tailored Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions to address client specific business requirements
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Salesforce Industry Cloud architecture components effectively
· Provide technical leadership in the development deployment and optimization of Salesforce applications
· Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards in solution architecture
· Stay updated with the latest Salesforce product releases and industry trends to drive continuous innovation
· Lead design reviews and code quality assessments to ensure robust scalable and maintainable systems
· Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote continuous improvement within the technical team
· Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective technical solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
· Act as the principal architect for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud initiatives within the organization
· Mentor and guide development teams by providing technical expertise and support
· Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals
· Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications and data sources
· Manage technical risks and resolve escalated issues requiring advanced knowledge
· Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and onsite teams to define solution approaches and project scope
· Drive adoption of Salesforce Industry Cloud Architecture standards and best practices Coordinate with project management to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions

Salary : $119,230 - $166,598
