Seeking a Specialist with 11 to 15 years of experience in Project Management to lead project planning and governance activities
Job Description
- Lead and manage project planning activities to ensure timely delivery of projects Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation
strategies.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project status Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project execution.
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to maintain transparency Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to maintain quality and consistency Define project roles responsibilities and decision-making authorities Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to governance policies.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on governance processes.
Manage stakeholder expectations through structured reporting and communication Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management practices.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their project management skills.
Ensure alignment of project outcomes with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
