Seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in Data Architecture to lead data strategy and design scalable data solutions
Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of enterprisewide data architecture frameworks and strategies Develop and maintain scalable secure and highperformance data models and architectures Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align data architecture with business goals and technology roadmaps Evaluate and recommend data management tools technologies and platforms to optimize data workflows Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards Drive innovation in data architecture practices by staying updated with emerging trends and technologies Mentor and guide junior architects and data engineers to enhance team capabilities Participate in architectural reviews and provide expert guidance on complex data challenges
Roles and Responsibilities
Define and enforce best practices for data architecture including data integration storage and retrieval Lead data architecture assessments and develop roadmaps for modernization and optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into architectural solutions Oversee the creation of metadata management and data lineage documentation Ensure data security privacy and compliance requirements are integrated into architectural designs Drive collaboration between data architecture and other technology domains to ensure cohesive solutions Manage and prioritize multiple data architecture initiatives aligned with organizational objectives Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on data architecture investments
