Role description

Job Title : Salesforce Data Architect 
Job Location : Cincinnati, OH

Job Description 

·       Lead the design and development of robust Salesforce Data Architecture solutions across multicloud environments

·       Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable architectural blueprints

·       Drive digital transformation initiatives by ensuring data architecture aligns with organizational objectives and compliance standards

·       Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on Salesforce data modeling integration and governance best practices

·       Support the creation and maintenance of architectural roadmaps frameworks and documentation to facilitate Salesforce adoption and scalability

·       Mentor and guide technical teams on Salesforce data architecture principles tools and methodologies

·       Facilitate workshops and technical discussions to define project scope data strategy and integration approaches

·       Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging data architecture trends to continuously improve solutions

 

Roles and Responsibilities 

·       Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT leaders on Salesforce Data Architecture strategies

·       Design scalable secure and high-performance data models and integration patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem

·       Lead architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and compliance requirements

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developer’s analysts and project managers to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions Develop and enforce best practices for data management quality and security within Salesforce implementations

·       Oversee data migration and integration efforts ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems

·       Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for leveraging Salesforce data capabilities to enhance business processes

·       Support change management and user adoption strategies related to Salesforce data solutions

·       Provide leadership in troubleshooting complex data architecture challenges and resolving technical issues

·       Contribute to presales activities by providing architectural input and solution feasibility assessments
