Role Overview

We are seeking a Pre Sales Consultant specializing in Azure AI Apps Agentic Solutions to support Microsoft customers in envisioning designing and adopting AI agents at enterprise scale

This role operates within the Azure AI and Copilot ecosystem supporting customers across pre sales solution envisioning and deal shaping and working closely with Account Teams Cloud Solution Architects CSAs Partners and Delivery teams

The successful candidate will combine deep Azure AI knowledge agentic architecture expertise and strong business storytelling to accelerate customer adoption of AI Apps Agents on Azure

Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Engagement

Act as a trusted pre sales technical advisor for Azure AI and agentic solutions

Lead technical discovery and envisioning sessions aligned to customer business outcomes

Partner with Account Executives CSA teams and Industry teams to shape AI opportunities

Support executive briefings workshops whiteboarding sessions and solution reviews

Drive customer confidence from pre sales through handoff to delivery Factory

Azure AI Agentic Solution Design

Design and position Azure AI Apps Agentic architectures including

oSingle agent and multi agent systems

oTool calling and workflow orchestration

oEvent driven and process driven AI agents

oHuman in the loop and approval patterns

Align solutions with

oAzure Well Architected Framework

oResponsible AI principles

oEnterprise security identity and governance standards

Required Skills Experience

Technical Skills Must Have

Strong experience with Azure Cloud

Hands on or architectural experience with

oAzure OpenAI

oGenerative AI and LLM based solutions

Solid understanding of agentic AI concepts including

oMulti step reasoning and autonomy levels

oTool orchestration

oWorkflow driven AI systems

Pre Sales Communication

Proven experience in a customer facing pre sales or solution consulting role

Ability to explain complex AI concepts to

oExecutives CIO CTO business leaders

oTechnical audiences architects engineers

Strong presentation Experience working closely with sales and account teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

oMicrosoft Copilot extensibility

oPower Platform or Microsoft 365 integrations

oAI modernization or digital transformation programs

Experience Level

Typically 15 years of overall experience

At least 2-3 years in AI cloud or advanced digital solution pre sales
