OCM Lead Consultant

Full Time
8-15 years in Organizational Change Management ideally within SAP or ERP transformation programs
Handson experience supporting SAP S4HANA or ECC implementations rollouts or global template programs
Experience working in large global matrixed organizations
Change Management Expertise
Strong knowledge of structured change frameworks eg ADKAR Kotter Lewin
Ability to translate complex SAP impacts into clear change messages
Experience managing resistance and driving behavioral change at scale
Communication Leadership
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work with senior leadership business users and IT teams
Strong influencing and coaching capabilities
SAP Business Understanding
Good understanding of SAP business processes and endtoend process transformation
Awareness of how SAP changes impact roles controls compliance and operations
Preferred Qualifications
Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification
Experience in multicountry multilanguage SAP deployments
Exposure to Agile SAFe delivery models in SAP programs
MBA or equivalent degree in Business HR or Organizational Development

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
