Role description

 Job Title: Production Support Engineer

 Key Responsibilities 

• Provide L2L3 production support for Java based applications.


• Troubleshoot application issues related to Java Spring Boot UI and backend components.


• Analyse logs metrics and s using Splunk and Dynatrace.


• Support applications deployed on Linux environments.


• Perform incident problem and change management as per ITIL practices.


• Investigate database issues using Oracle SQL.


• Identify root causes perform RCA and suggest permanent fixes.


• Support deployment release and post release verification activities.


• Develop or update Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration tasks.


• Work with development teams to resolve defects and implement enhancements.


• Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders.


• Maintain production documentation SOPs and runbooks.


• Participate in rotational shifts and on call support.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
