Role description
Job Title: Production Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2L3 production support for Java based applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues related to Java Spring Boot UI and backend components.
- Analyse logs metrics and s using Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Support applications deployed on Linux environments.
- Perform incident problem and change management as per ITIL practices.
- Investigate database issues using Oracle SQL.
- Identify root causes perform RCA and suggest permanent fixes.
- Support deployment release and post release verification activities.
- Develop or update Ansible playbooks for automation and configuration tasks.
- Work with development teams to resolve defects and implement enhancements.
- Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain production documentation SOPs and runbooks.
- Participate in rotational shifts and on call support.
