Job Description:

• Seeking a Senior professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Dimensional Data Modeling within the Data Modeling domain to design and optimize data structures for business intelligence and analytics
• Design and develop dimensional data models to support analytics and reporting needs
• Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data models
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across various data sources
• Analyze existing database schemas and recommend enhancements for scalability and performance
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models and related database schemas
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in dimensional data modeling

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of dimensional data models aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with ETL developers to facilitate smooth data integration and transformation processes
• Conduct data profiling and validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on data modeling principles and techniques
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support data analytics and reporting initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data modeling and database performance
• Participate in code reviews to enforce adherence to data modeling standards and best practices
