Job Title : Salesforce Architect
Job Location : Torrance, CA
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design govern and deliver scalable secure and high performance Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud enterprise programs The role requires deep hands on expertise in Salesforce architecture integrations data security and DevOps with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and guide delivery teams end to end
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture Design
Own end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture across one or more clouds Sales Service Experience CPQ FSL Data Cloud Agentforce etc
Define target state architecture technical designs and integration patterns
Drive design decisions around scalability performance security and maintainability
Create and review HLDs LLDs integration diagrams and data models
Salesforce Platform Architecture
Architect solutions using Apex LWC Flows OmniStudio and platform capabilities
Define governorlimit safe bulkified and transactionaware designs
Guide teams on data modeling sharing models and org strategy singlemultiorg
Establish reuse frameworks coding standards and architectural guardrails
Integration Enterprise Connectivity
Design and govern APIled integrations using RESTSOAP Platform Events CDC
Define integration patterns using MuleSoft Boomi other middleware
Ensure secure authentication using OAuth JWT Named Credentials
Drive error handling resiliency observability and reconciliation strategies
Security Performance Compliance
Own Salesforce security architecture FLS CRUD sharing encryption SSO
Ensure compliance with data privacy audit and enterprise security standards
Lead performance tuning for high volume users data and transactions
Conduct architecture and security reviews mitigate technical risks
DevOps Quality Governance
Define CICD strategy Git CopadoGearset Azure DevOps Jenkins
Enforce test strategy environment management and release governance
Support major releases cutovers and production stabilization
Review code design and deployments to ensure architectural compliance
Leadership Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary technical authority for Salesforce programs
Mentor Tech Leads and Developers lead architectural reviews
Collaborate with Business Architects Product Owners and Program Managers
Support estimations solutioning for RFPsSOWs and client workshops
Required Skills Experience
Salesforce Expertise
Deep hands on experience with Apex LWC Flow SOQL Async Apex
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds Sales Service Experience others a plus
Experience with large user base high data volume and complex orgs
Architecture Integrations
Proven experience designing enterprise scale Salesforce architectures
Strong understanding of integration patterns middleware and event driven designs
Experience with Data Cloud Identity and cross cloud integrations preferred
Security DevOps
Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture
CICD branching strategies deployment and rollback planning
Experience in Agile SAFe enterprise delivery models
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Certifications strongly preferred
Salesforce Technical Architect CTA or on CTA path
Integration Architecture Designer
Platform Developer II
Application System Architect credentials
Experience with Agentforce AI led Salesforce features nice to have
Key Competencies
Strong architectural judgment and decision making
Clear communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
High ownership accountability and risk management mindset
Ability to balance short-term delivery with long term platform health

Salary : $135,000 - $185,693
