- Deep understanding of Capital Markets including derivatives and associated financial instruments
- Expertise in analysing market data and business processes to drive informed decision-making
- Proficient in interpreting complex data sets and generating actionable insights Familiarity with financial products such as rates equities and secured financing transactions SFTs
- Strong knowledge of the Capital Markets domain including regulatory and compliance aspects
- Experience in utilizing business analysis methodologies to support project delivery within the Capital Markets sector
- Skilled in using data analysis tools and platforms relevant to Capital Markets Understanding of software development life cycle SDLC processes and their application in financial services projects
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on market trends and technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements related to Capital Markets products
- Conduct detailed analysis of market data and business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams Assist in the design and implementation of solutions that enhance trading risk management and reporting capabilities
- Work closely with developers testers and project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Support testing activities by validating business scenarios and ensuring alignment with requirements
