Test Manager with Health care applications Experience
Description
- Test Strategy & Leadership: Define and own the QA test strategy, planning, estimation, and defect management for healthcare applications, particularly those impacting 834 enrollment.
- Facets Expertise: Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing of Core Facets Modules, including Membership, Provider Management, Claim Processing, and Billing.
- 834/EDI Validation: Validate 834 (Enrollment), 837 (Claims), and 835 (Remittance) transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and trading partner specifications.
- Data Validation & Analysis: Perform back-end testing using SQL and XML, including validation of extract files from Facets and other systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide QA engineers, reviewing test artifacts, and coordinating onsite/offshore testing activities.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring or high-impact issues.
Mandatory Skills:
- Facets Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of Facets modules like Membership, Claims, and Billing is critical for navigating the system's data model.
- EDI Expertise (any one or all): 834 (Enrollment), 837 (Claims), 835 (Remittances), and 270/271 (Eligibility).
- Test Leadership: Proven experience in test strategy design, planning, and managing onsite/offshore teams through the full SDLC.
- Healthcare Compliance (HIPAA): A foundational understanding of HIPAA regulations is mandatory to ensure patient data security and regulatory alignment.
Good to Have Skills:
- Specialized EDI Tools: Experience with platforms like Edifecs or specialized mapping software for complex file transformations

Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
