We are seeking skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and AWS Bedrock AgentCore to design develop and deploy AI Agent solutions The ideal candidate will have experience building agentic AI applications integrating foundation models developing APIs and implementing scalable AI architectures on AWS

The role involves working closely with product data engineering and business teams to build intelligent assistants autonomous agents RAG solutions workflow automation capabilities and AIpowered business applications

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy AIGenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore

Develop scalable backend services and AI workflows using Python

Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources

Integrate Foundation Models Claude Nova Llama etc through AWS Bedrock

Develop prompt engineering toolcalling memory management and agent orchestration capabilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AIdriven solutions

Optimize model performance latency scalability and cost

Implement monitoring observability security and governance controls for AI applications

Participate in architecture reviews code reviews and production deployments

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or related field

10 years of software engineering experience

1 years of experience building Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions

AWS certifications are highly desirable

Experience working in Insurance Financial Services or Enterprise Data Platforms is a plus"

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
