Job Title: PRM Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Location: Charlotte, NC

Salesforce Agentforce Implementation Technical Architect is a senior level role focused on designing and delivering intelligent AI powered agent solutions for contact centres

The position leverages the full potential of Salesforces Agentforce the Einstein 1 Platform Data Cloud and Service Cloud to automate workflows and enhance both agent and customer experiences

Key responsibilities

Solution architecture and design Act as the lead architect for designing and delivering Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions

This includes developing the technical vision creating solution blueprints and translating complex business requirements into a scalable secure and maintainable technical architecture

AI and generative AI implementation Implement AI powered agents using Agentforce and the Einstein 1 Platform

This involves defining the AI agent’s role data sources actions flows Apex and guardrails with a focus on prompt design orchestration and Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG

Omnichannel experience design

Design seamless end to end omnichannel agent experiences using Salesforce features like Service Cloud Omni Channel Service Voice bots and Live Chat

Integration strategy Define and architect integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems such as Computer Telephony Integration CTI chatbots and thirdparty knowledge bases using APIs and middleware

Technical leadership and governance Guide and mentor a team of developers and admins enforcing best practices and coding standards Conduct architectural reviews to ensure technical excellence and alignment with the enterprise architecture roadmap

Stakeholder engagement Advise and build rapport with Clevel stakeholders leading strategic technical discussions and solution design workshops Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle

Presales and proposals Support presales activities by defining solution strategies estimating effort and creating technical proposals for sales opportunities

Performance and optimization Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies especially concerning large data volumes and AI models

Innovation Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce features and AI technologies recommending and implementing continuous improvements

Required skills and qualifications

Salesforce expertise 8 years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Service Cloud Agentforce and Agent Workspace implementations

Technical depth Deep handson experience with Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Salesforce Flows and RESTSOAP APIs

AI Generative AI experience

Proven experience implementing AIGenAI solutions including prompt writing agent orchestration and knowledge of frameworks like RAG Contact center knowledge

Expertise in contact center technologies including Omni Channel routing case management and CTI integrations

Data and integration

Strong understanding of data modelling integration patterns

Data Cloud and security considerations

Certifications

Required Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect

Strongly preferred Salesforce Certified Technical Architect CTA Service Cloud Consultant and relevant AI or Data Cloud certifications

Soft skills

Excellent communication presentation and client facing skills with the ability to influence and lead
