Job Description
Service Planning Manager
The Service Delivery Planning Manager is responsible for strategically planning and overseeing service delivery operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations This role focuses on service level management resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver high quality services efficiently and cost effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Service Planning Strategy
- Develop and maintain service delivery plans including SLAs and operational level agreements
- Define service metrics KPIs and reporting mechanisms for performance monitoring
- Governance Compliance
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations service quality standards and compliance frameworks
- Prepare and review service level agreements SLAs and manage service catalogs
- Operational Oversight
- Coordinate with delivery managers and project teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions for improvement
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams for service planning and escalations
Conduct regular service review meetings and share performance reports with stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
- Identify service improvement opportunities and implement Service Improvement Plans SIPs
Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
Documentation Reporting
- Maintain service quality plans MOMs and periodic performance reports for senior management
