POSITION SUMMARY: The Oracle HCM Cloud: Human Resources Help Desk Implementor is responsible for the successful implementation and support of the Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk module within the People Team function. This role is crucial in ensuring that the help desk operations align with BNY's strategic pillars of operational excellence and client focus, as well as the principles of integrity and collaboration. The Implementor will work closely with various stakeholders to configure, customize, and optimize the help desk system to meet organizational needs, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient process management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk module by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure the system to meet business needs.
- Implement HR Help Desk module by configuring the key components such as Security, Service Requests, Delegation, Entitlement, Queues, Routing, Notification, Email, Action Plans, Knowledge Content, User Experience, Survey Integration Framework and Workflows.
- Customize and extend the Help Desk functionalities from basic to advance level capabilities using Visual Builder
- Provide expert guidance and support during the deployment phase, ensuring that all technical and functional aspects are addressed effectively.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze system performance post-implementation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with IT and People Team departments to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to help desk operations.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk features and updates, recommending and implementing enhancements to maintain system relevance and efficiency.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Typically, 5-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on the Help Desk module.
SKILLS:
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk configuration and implementation.
- Expertise in Visual Build to extend the Help Desk functionalities
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and training skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and end-users
