Job Summary:
- Seeking a Tech Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience specializing in Duck Creek Policy within the Duck Creek Suite to design implement and optimize insurance policy administration solutions
Job Description:
- Utilize expertise in Duck Creek Policy to develop and configure policy administration solutions tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Support the integration of Duck Creek Suite components to ensure seamless policy lifecycle management
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Duck Creek Policy functionalities
- Stay updated with the latest Duck Creek Suite enhancements and industry trends to recommend best practices
- Participate in the design and implementation of upgrades and patches for Duck Creek Policy modules
- Document configurations processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions for insurance clients
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to policy administration
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Develop and execute test plans to validate policy configurations and customizations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through accurate policy setups
- Mentor and train team members on Duck Creek Suite capabilities and enhancements
