Job Title: Duck Creek Integration Lead

Work Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid - Onsite)

Job Summary:

• Seeking a Tech lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in Duck Creek Insights Extract Mapper to lead and enhance DuckCreek Integration solutions

Job Description:

• Utilize advanced expertise in Duck Creek Insights Extract Mapper to analyze and interpret complex insurance data for actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to design develop and implement robust DuckCreek Integration strategies
• Develop and maintain integration workflows and data pipelines within the DuckCreek ecosystem ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor system performance identify issues and troubleshoot problems related to Duck Creek Insights and integration components
• Stay updated with the latest DuckCreek product features industry trends and best practices to continuously improve integration solutions
• Document integration processes create comprehensive technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities in DuckCreek integration workflows

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of DuckCreek Integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather analyze and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Develop test and deploy integration components ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support for complex Duck Creek Insights related issues and integration challenges
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality reliability and performance of integration solutions
• Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance skills within the DuckCreek Integration family
• Participate in project planning estimation and delivery to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
