Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Teradata DB to design develop and optimize Teradata database solutions

Job Description

Design develop and maintain Teradata database solutions to fulfill business requirements Write complex Teradata SQL queries for efficient data extraction and manipulation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and deliver database solutions Monitor Teradata database performance and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability Ensure data integrity and security within the Teradata environment Participate in database capacity planning and scaling activities Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Teradata database systems

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Teradata database designs Optimize and tune Teradata SQL queries to enhance system performance Troubleshoot and resolve Teradata database issues and incidents promptly Work closely with data engineers analysts and other stakeholders to support data extraction and reporting needs Implement best practices for database development including coding standards and version control Conduct regular database health checks and recommend improvements Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on Teradata technologies

Benefits
Compensation range: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
