Utilize Tableau to create visually compelling and insightful dashboards that enable datadriven decision making Transform complex data sets into clear actionable visual stories tailored to business needs Apply best practices in data visualization and UIUX principles to enhance dashboard usability and aesthetics Prepare and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability of visualizations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into effective Tableau solutions Demonstrate strong problemsolving skills by addressing data and dashboard challenges efficiently Stay current with Tableau features and industry trends to continuously improve dashboard functionality and performance
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop design and maintain new and existing Tableau dashboards Create and manage Tableau data sources integrating with databases such as Snowflake SQL Server SAP HANA and Google Sheets Publish workbooks and data sources to Tableau Cloud ensuring secure access and data governance Utilize Tableau Virtual Connections and Tableau Bridge to implement data security and connect to onpremise data sources Proactively identify and resolve performance issues by optimizing data extraction connections and dashboard design Address and resolve support tickets related to Tableau dashboards data sources and performance in a timely manner Collaborate with stakeholders from various business divisions to ensure dashboards meet user requirements and facilitate business insights Apply Tableau performance optimization techniques to enhance dashboard responsiveness and scalability
