Position Summary
The ABA Coordinator / Quality Assurance (QA) at LTE Care Plus supports the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA services. This role focuses on clinical coordination, compliance, and quality improvement, ensuring all programs meet insurance, regulatory, and BACB standards while improving client outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Compliance
- Conduct audits of:
- Treatment plans
- Session notes
- Supervision documentation
- Ensure compliance with:
- BACB guidelines
- Insurance and payer requirements
- Review billing documentation for accuracy and alignment with services delivered
- Assist with audit preparation and payer reviews
- Implement corrective action plans and continuous quality improvement initiatives
ABA Coordination / Clinical Oversight
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff
- Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and clinical quality
- Support the development and maintenance of individualized ABA programs
- Ensure proper implementation of ABA strategies and documentation standards
- Provide guidance to staff based on ABA best practices
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track QA metrics and identify trends or gaps
- Analyze documentation accuracy and treatment integrity
- Maintain reports for leadership review
- Monitor KPIs such as compliance rates and documentation quality
Training & Staff Support
- Train staff on ABA documentation and compliance standards
- Provide feedback to improve performance and accuracy
- Support onboarding and ongoing staff development
Qualifications
- Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Required Experience:
- Must have hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience (e.g., RBT, ABA therapist, ABA admin/QA role)
- Experience with ABA documentation, data collection, and treatment plans
- Preferred:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification (or in progress)
- Experience with QA, compliance, or audits in ABA or healthcare
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
