Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

LTC Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of our Worcester rehabilitation team. You'll work directly with residents to address communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary care team.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment programs based on clinical needs and functional goals
- Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Track resident outcomes and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
- Provide education and therapeutic strategies to residents, families, and caregivers
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
