Duties:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor and document progress
- Collaborate with other professionals
- Provide education and support to children and their families

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of various assessment and treatment techniques
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology for documentation purposes

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work closely with preschool aged children and develop individual education plans and provide therapy sessions to improve their speech and language skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with other educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support for your students. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential in this role. Familiarity with relevant assessment and treatment techniques, as well as proficiency in using software for documentation purposes, is also necessary.
