As a Service Manager, you'll join the maintenance team and ensure our communities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. This role is perfect for a hands-on person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Leadership
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests
- Assist in the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, scheduling vendors, and quality checks
- Maintain inventory control and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Complete preventive maintenance service requirements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and risk management procedures
- Maintain property inspections to identify and resolve safety concerns to the Service Manager
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areas
- Perform general upkeep tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and trash removal
- Experience in property maintenance or similar role
- Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- EPA certifications (Type I & II or Universal) & CPO required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and work in all weather conditions
