The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, organized Service Manager to manage our North Carolina operations. This is a "mission control" position. You will be responsible for the coordination, dispatching, and quality oversight of ~350 crews (painters, cleaners, and floor techs).
If you have experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Construction Project Manager, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Direct the daily/weekly dispatching of hundreds of crews across the state, ensuring every job site is covered.
- Crew Management: Proactively interview, onboard, and manage our network of in house crews.
- Quality Control: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure our "move-in ready" standard is met every single time.
- Logistics: Monitor job progress via our platform, troubleshoot intra-day service issues, and report key updates.
