Part Time - Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to support store profitability and enhance guest experience. Ensuring safety, food safety, and quality standards are met is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli items according to plan.
• Package, label, and merchandise deli products to merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with rotated and dated products.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive store growth.
• Notify management when supplies need reordering.
• Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and cleaning guidelines.
• Maintain guest experience standards and assist with tasks in other departments as needed.
• Communicate tasks, recipes, measurements, and cleaning steps clearly.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
