- Handle outbound calls for follow-up or sales opportunities to engage potential clients
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing situations and offering effective solutions
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions with diverse clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center roles or customer support environments is preferred
