Job Overview:
Subject matter in LMS and other People technology. Provide overall support for People systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Workday and other People systems, including researching and resolving system questions, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Provide support of escalated systems questions from our People Solution Center partners.
- Perform regularly scheduled activities and audits and help maintain the foundational pieces within the systems.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and job aid documentation. Train business partners on new processes/functionality and train new administrators on general system processes.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Participate and lead in system releases to ensure the People Systems team is ready to review upcoming enhancements. Communicate new enhancements to our business partners.
- Assists with other People systems and projects, as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year(s) experience with Workday Core HCM
- Experience with Microsoft Office products—especially Excel.
- Experience with Saba/Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems
- Experience with Salesforce
