The Role

Join our client’s team as a Product Owner/Analyst, supporting vital platforms like M365 and Box to empower our home office workforce of over 10,000 users. This hybrid role offers a chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, shape product roadmaps, and deliver secure, user-centric solutions that truly transform the way our organization works.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting M365 (Teams, Office, AI) and Box platforms
• Over 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or Analyst, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively translate business needs into clear requirements
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain complex features to clients and team members
• A confident, proactive personality with a “get it done” attitude, capable of managing priorities and driving adoption
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Proven proficiency in Box platform and Microsoft product suite
• Experience working in a compliance-sensitive environment
• Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies
• Certifications related to product management or project management
  
  

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or an equivalent field
• Experience working in an Agile environment, supporting enterprise SaaS solutions
  
  

Other Requirements

• This role requires on-site presence a minimum of three days a week in Fort Mill, SC
• A strong, client-facing approach with the ability to handle escalations and foster user engagement
