This position will support our IT Business Solutions team as a Summer Intern from June 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time internship.

This position will support our IT Business Solutions team as a Summer Intern from June 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time internship.
In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Support HRIS initiatives in UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and SAP SuccessFactors by refining job aids, gathering user feedback, and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to optimize processes and assist with HR technology projects.
- Support or lead a system enhancement project, including configuration oversight, testing, and driving change management and training.
- Shadow IT Business Solutions Managers to learn about technology partnerships and enterprise strategies.
- Apply change management principles and execute a process improvement project during the internship.
- Gain hands-on experience with real-world HRIS projects in a collaborative, innovative environment under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
