This position will support our IT Infrastructure team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship.

This position will support our IT Infrastructure team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship.
In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Assist with day-to-day infrastructure operations, including monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting network and cloud environments.
- Participate in specific projects such as:
- Network: Configuring switches, routers, and firewalls; assisting with network performance monitoring.
- Systems Administration: Supporting server builds, patching, and user account management.
- Cloud: Working on cloud resource provisioning, cost optimization, and automation scripts.
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with team members and learn best practices in IT infrastructure management.
- Engage with leaders across the company to understand strategic technology initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level infrastructure tools and technologies.
- Develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in real-world IT environments.
- Understand the fundamentals of network, systems, and cloud administration within a corporate setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Technical Skills (preferred):
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, or AWS)
- Understanding of virtualization and containerization (VMware)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Computer Science
- Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
