Job Purpose

This position will support our IT Field Services team as a Summer Intern from May 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville TN. This is a paid, full-time internship.

In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Provide direct user support, Hardware imaging, and application troubleshooting
• Hardware Refresh/recycle, Mobile device, and Digital Signage support
• Learn about IT support platforms in a corporate environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Use ITIL platforms to quality and quantity of work
• Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment
• Work alongside and be coached by members of your team

What do I need to be successful?

• Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and imaging experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills
  
  

Education

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  
  

Work Environment

• This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
• Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
