Fresno OfficeOur Fresno office is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 2 years of HR experience to join our team. This is a full-time position, fully onsite. This role is a key member of the Lozano Smith HR team and will be responsible for performing multiple HR disciplines including onboarding, performance management, leaves of absence, recruitment support and benefit administration. Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
- PHR, SHRM-CP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
