Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized resident-centered nursing care and services in accordance with the residents' assessments and care plans
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatments
- Participate in care conferences and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents and staff
- Must possess a GED or High School Diploma

- Ability to meet all local health regulations and criminal background checks, post-offer drug test, and post-offer physical exam (if required)
