Key Responsibilities
Resident Care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs
- Answer call lights and respond to resident needs promptly
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Document care and resident interactions accurately
- Assist nursing staff with treatments as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Ensure proper use of PPE and equipment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Promote dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions
- Participate in training and ongoing education
- Current, active CNA certification (PA)
- Graduate of an approved CNA program
- New graduates welcome!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
