As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. You will work closely with nurses and other members of the care team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
Responsibilities;
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Provide care with dignity, patience, and respect
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being
- Maintain accurate communication with nurses and team members
- Follow facility policies, care plans, and infection control practices
- Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania preferred or required as applicable
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing quality care
